Singapore Rubber Works Limited is a public company

incorporated in Singapore. 5/12/30 and registered here 15/1/32.

There are 3 directors, all Dutch.

120,000 shares have been issued, of which 119,993 are

held by Nederlandsche Handel Maatschappij, presumably a

Dutch company. The remaining 7 are held by 7 individuala

(directors and others) who all appear to be Butch.

The Order-in-Council however calls only for the annual

filing of lists of directors; no other returns are required

once particulars of capital and shareholding have been

filed at the time of registration. Moreover, as the Order-

in-Council prescribes no penalties for failure to file the

annual list of directors, many companies neglect to do so,

and it is impossible to compel them. It is impossible

therefore to guarantee the present day accuracy of the above

statements.
